DVOS Auction and Ice Cream Social

This will be our largest fundraising event. All proceeds will go toward our expenses i.e. speakers and especially the upcoming orchid show in October.  It will be a great opportunity to add to your collection and share your plants with other members.  
Please invite your family and friends.

Auction

  • Please bring plant(s) for auction.  (This will be a donation to the society.)
  • Please inspect plants for bugs.
  • A picture of the plant in bloom would be a big plus.
  • You may put a reserve amount or starting bid amount. 

 

$5 Table

  • In order to save time in auctioning off the orchid, we decided to have a separate table for NOIDs, small divisions, or ones you want to unload or part with.
  • These may be purchased anytime during the session without an auctioneer.  Just pick a plant and pay $5.

 Ice Cream Social

Ice cream, toppings and refreshments will be provided.  Come and enjoy!

 


There will be no Pre-Meeting Dinner, Show & Tell or Plant Table
