In 2001 he was
offered the opportunity to manage the
nurseries at
Malesiana Tropicals in Borneo, the big island
in Indonesia. He
spent a year there at Malesiana better
learning the
cultivation and habitat of the Nepenthes. Upon
his return to the
states he took a job at a general retail
nursery until he
was able to return to California Carnivores.
He has worked full
time as the general manager since
2008 and became an
owner in 2009.
It is his great
pleasure to see
California Carnivores grow and thrive as
it provides only
the highest quality carnivorous plants.
California
Carnivores houses the largest collection of
carnivorous plants in the world.
